To sign up as a vendor please contact Nancy Braesicke at 903-574-0891
Pay the $100 vendor fee
If an electrical outlet is needed tell Nancy and pay extra facility fee
Email your website address and high resolution logo to bigdchs@gmail.com to be added to the horse show website
Please let us know if you want to include flyers or coupons in the show welcome bags or ringside box seat tables (minimum of 50ct)
Consider donating items or services for Silent Auction or Welcome Bags. Contact Katie Smalling if interested, kes98b@yahoo.com or 469-585-4733

When
Horse Show starts Wednesday 4/16/2024 at 11am.
Set up is available as early as Tuesday 4/15 or when convenient to you.
Session Times:
4/16 WEDNESDAY – 11:00 a.m. – ≈ 1pm
4/16 WEDNESDAY – 6:30 p.m. – ≈ 9pm
4/17 THURSDAY – 10:00 a.m. – ≈ 2pm
4/17 THURSDAY – 6:30 p.m. – ≈ 9pm
4/18 FRIDAY – 10:00 a.m. – ≈ 2pm
4/18 FRIDAY – 6:30 p.m. – ≈ 9pm
AFTER THE SESSION
BIG D’S FAMOUS PROGRESSIVE BARN DINNER! – You are welcome to participate
4/19 SATURDAY – 10:00 a.m. – ≈ 2pm – Normally the busiest session
4/19 SATURDAY – 6:30 p.m. – ≈ 9pm
THE EXHIBITOR DINNER WILL BE SERVED DURING THE EVENING SESSION! – You are welcome to grab a plate
Tear down must be completed by 12pm on Sunday 4/20

Where
Will Rogers Coliseum, Fort Worth Texas.
Parking is $5 per day - make sure they know you are with the horse show
Please park by the coliseum off of Rip Johnson Dr. (see map above)
*BEFORE* you unload check in with Nancy Braisicke (903-574-0891) or the horse show office for where your booth will be located
Show office is located in the Burnett Building. You can enter through the coliseum and walk towards the back of the ring to a hall that leads to the warm up area. Take left when you see a concession stand, the office is behind the concession stand (marked with an x on the above map)
